Meet Our Staff
La Souris Verte is a French Immersion Playgroup aimed at parents who want their children to learn or improve their French skills in a creative, safe and friendly environment.
All children are welcome and do not need to speak French to attend one of our programs.
Sophie
Founder
Sophie is from Paris France, and is the founder of the French Immersion Playgroup La Souris Verte.
After working as a preschool teacher, she decided to start her own French immersion program with a team of fellow babysitters.
She has a B.A degree in foreign languages and business.
She is a kid at heart and has decided to dedicate much of her time to childcare. She has been working for years with children and was also an au pair in NYC.
Her activities will focus on creativity and imagination to gently introduce language and social skills.
She is also a passionate cook and will teach the children basic and delicious French recipes.
She is one of the instructors for the morning playgroup.
